Q | My work area / editor looks different

Perhaps you ended up in the old editor.  As of April 1, 2020, everyone will work from the new editor by default.

This course only uses the new editor.

You can quickly switch between the classic and new editors. Some parts of your project created before the conversion may be lost.

The URL of the new editor is: https://yourname.floorplanner.com/projects/yourprojectnumber/editor#assets
The URL of the classic editor is: https://yourname.floorplanner.com/projects/yourprojectnumber/edit#assets

You switch to the new editor by changing the word edit to editor.
You switch to the classic editor by changing the word editor to edit.
